If you think the airport is just a place to walk through on the way to a destination, you haven't stopped to smell the roses food. Indys had lunch and toured the MSP Airport Conference Center in November. The MAC (Metropolitan Airport Commission) philosophy is for travelers to feel like they are in the great state of Minnesota, and in a small friendly community, when they land at MSP. That includes offering a place for business travelers to get their work done.

The Conference Center has rooms for individuals to work in a private space as well as conference rooms for two to 65+.  They offer a nice catering menu customizable for your group.

The airport has other amenities for your group including an inexpensive way to greet your clients, customers or employees by renting a Meeter/Greeter Booth, valet parking or a comfy place to board your pooch that comes with a shuttle to the airport. Learn more >>
Strategic Speed Networking:
Planners & Suppliers

Thanks to Janice McLean, Catering Sales Manager at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, for hosting our April event. We met in the Woodlands Room, a cozy spot just off the lobby.

The chef started us off with tasty appetizers with beef, chicken, shrimp, baked brie to best chocolate covered strawberries I've ever had...big, juicy, sweet berries with a thick coat of good chocolate.

Teresa Thomas-Carroll, from Women In Networking, led the group through quick rounds of introductions. It was good practice for getting a one-minute introduction down.

It's a nice property. The staff took great pride in making sure we were well taken care of that night.
